Loved It.

My previous Herschel luggage was made of hard material and unfortunately didn’t last over 2 trips. You know how they treat our stuff in the airport. This one is soft and definitely better.

Good Piece To Have, I Like The Old Model Much Better

Good piece to have, I like the old model much better. The carry strap on the side does not make any sense, everything you pack rolls over. Please add duffle straps like the old model. Actually just bring back the old model. The size was better at 58L I think I still like and use this though so 4 stars

Quality Did Not Hold Up

I have had this bag less than a year, maybe 6 domestic flights and it did not hold up to the typical wear and tear and was not honored by Herschel’s limited warranty program. The hole near the wheel is considered “normal” wear and tear and they do not see this as an issue. The bag looks gently used and there is a hole and apparently this is normal. High price, below average quality

No Tsa Zipper

The zipper doesn’t have a hole to insert a TSA approved padlock. Not for air travel when you don’t have eyes on your baggage.

Perfect For Travel - Get Black Color

Love this bag - it’s light and easy to pickup thanks to the handles on both ends. I have the entire set in grey of all travel products which I now regret not getting black because after a few checked flights the grey is really beat up from the dirty airport luggage turnstile. Fantastic bag but get black!

Bought One For My Sister Too!

My sister liked mine so much on our last trip I bought one for her too. Well constructed, roomy, and the interior is super cute!
